Scenario:  I am overcharging my customer.

What if I told you that it really doesn’t matter what the selling price is?  What really matters is what the selling price must be to cover your overhead and deliver you a decent profit.

One thing is for sure – Flat Rate Pricing is not an excuse to overcharge.  Our advice is to determine your overhead cost and decide on a fair profit to compensate you for the risk and provide capital to grow your company.

That is a decision only you as the leader can make.
